The Problem: Inconsistent Temperatures

Our clients were having difficulty regulating the temperature in their bedroom. It was located directly above the garage, so it tended to be warmer than the rest of the house. When they would attempt to make that room colder, it would freeze out the rest of the house. They also didn’t like the aesthetic of having a traditional mini split on the wall.

The Solution

To resolve this issue, we were able to come in and assess that the problem of having the room too hot or cold would be best fixed by adding a Mitsubishi Mini Split in that room. We opted to use Mitsubishi Ducted Mini Split to address their concern about the appearance. The Ducted Mini Split worked in this application, because we were able to install it in the attic above the room. The cool thing about minis splits is that they allow customers to set the temperature of that room independently of the rest of the home.

Because we are a Diamond Dealer with Mitsubishi we are able to add an additional 2 years to the 10 year warranty offered by Mitsubishi.
