I highly recommend signing-up for annual service for AC (Spring) and Furnace (Fall) by Genuine Comfort. For example: During the annual service this year, John W. saved me from needing a whole new furnace by finding a small crack that was leaking condensation, which could have resulted in significant problems. He takes pride in his work, treats my furnace as if it was his own, and clearly communicates what is going on. I have consistently experienced the same level of service from all their team members, and I choose to continue their annual service year after year. The technician, John, who performed our fall tuneup was great. I like to watch the people providing most services we have done and he had no problem with me looking over his shoulder. I can't give enough praise to Genuine Comfort and all the staff there.  We needed an entire new Heating & AC system as ours was 16 years-old and I did A LOT of research and calling around for estimates & advice.  Tony answered dozens of questions that I had and never tried to upsell me.  He replied quickly to multiple texts and phone calls and followed up with me often without being pressuring.  He gave me an incredible deal for a great system (and believe me, I did my research!) and I couldn't be more pleased.  The team that came out to install (Mark, Konnor & Ryan) were professional, curteous and quick.  They laid down liners to protect my carpet and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and how long it would take.  They were friendly and great at thier work...what more could I ask for?! Owner came by first thing to be sure I was ready and confirmed what his technicians would be performing.

Technicians great! They were quick, tidy and polite. Double checked to be sure I was pleased when everything was completed.

Owner called next day to ensure everything was operating as I though it should.

Recommend this company to everyone.
